Exchanges And Returns
- Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality.
- For return requests due to quality issues, AKGalleria will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future online order.
- You may get one time exchange on any item bought from AKGalleria within 7 days of receiving it however, the item must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- The item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.
- If an item has been wrongfully delivered (in terms of size, color, or silhouette) the customer has the right to request an exchange.
- Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded. However, if any purchased items are defective, a refund will be processed.
- All exchanges can only be made for the same product.
- All returns and exchanges for orders must be sent back to the address provided by AKGalleria at the customer’s expense.
- If your product is defective, please fill out the ‘Defective Item’ form when processing your return or exchange, as this helps us conduct a quality inspection to approve your request.
- It would also be helpful if any photos of the defects can be shared with AKGalleria customer service.
